All of ResRec Professional People’s services begin with a free initial consultation to discuss your specific circumstances and needs, and how we can help.

Following this consultation we will provide you with a written quote for any services you request.  All quotes are valid for sixty (60) days.
 
Not everyone is able to find the time to sit down face-to-face, therefore our prices are based upon the convenience of telephone and email communication unless specified.  We are happy to meet with you in person if time and location permits, however, additional costs will apply.

As we understand time is precious, we do our best to work around your current commitments and can schedule afterhours and weekend telephone consultations if requested and available.

PAYMENTS & TERMS

Payments

We welcome payments through the following methods: 

  • Electronic funds transfer (EFT) into our bank account (for Australian customers only).
  • Credit card, debit card, bank transfer or PayPal account via PayPal's online payment system (see www.paypal.com.au to learn more).
  • Bank cheque or money order.
  • Business or personal cheque.

The relevant payment details will be provided when we confirm your order and a tax invoice will be issued once payment has been received and processed.

Please note that we are unable to commence work on any projects until payment has been received in full and cleared into our account.

Refund Policy

As the services provided by ResRec Professional People are personalised, unfortunately we cannot provide a refund once work on your project has commenced.  Should you decide to cancel your order, or parts of your order, you must contact ResRec Professional People immediately.

Guarantees

Due to the many variables which influence employment decisions, ResRec Professional People cannot guarantee job offers or interviews. 

We do however, strive to do our best work for you and will work with you to ensure you are fully satisfied with the services we have provided.  As such, we provide opportunities for you to review and approve written projects before delivery of the final product.

ResRec Professional People will provide you with a professional, courteous service and, subject to circumstances beyond our control, we will meet any deadlines we promise.

Timeframes

We understand that searching for a new position is, in many cases, time sensitive.  If our current workload prevents us from meeting your preferred deadline we will advise this during the initial consultation and suggest an alternate course of action.  For example, our Resume Makeover service was developed with this scenario in mind and promises a 24-hour turnaround from confirmed receipt of your payment and current resume.

How quickly we are able to complete written projects such as resumes and cover letters, is directly related to how quickly you are able to provide us with the information we require.  We need your assistance and commitment to keep your projects on track.

Most resumes are completed to first draft stage and available for your review within 7-10 business days of us receiving the information we have requested from you.  Once we have your feedback and corrections we will work on completing the final product to your satisfaction in a timely manner, usually another 1-3 business days pending further changes and our workload.

It is your responsibility, and indeed it is in your best interest, to provide ResRec Professional People with full and accurate information.  Any amendments to the information provided need to be brought to our attention during proofreading and prior to signing off on the final product.  ResRec Professional People does not verify information provided by you and accepts no liability for information that is incorrect.

ResRec Professional People follows an environmentally friendly policy.  As such, all written projects are delivered in electronic format via email.  Should you require a hard copy of these documents or would like to receive your documents on CD or DVD this can be arranged upon request.  Please note that a small fee may be applied to cover the associated costs.
